Hourly Care

If your need is for a caregiver or a companion to assist you for one day a week or every day each week, Elder Bridge can meet your needs. Elder Bridge hires and trains hourly caregivers and companions who will exemplify our values with a focus on Certified Nursing Assistants.

 
Under the supervision of our registered nurses, our caregivers and companions are instructed to follow the established care plan. Each day, the caregivers document their activities. The care notes are reviewed by Elder Bridge’s nurses to ensure that the established care plan is being followed. If these notes indicate that the care plan needs alteration, this information is brought to the attention of the family for resolution.
